Installation error

Hello! I have attempted to install this theme three times on my dashboard and each time have gotten an error message as soon as the installation gets near 100% complete, asking “are you sure you want to do this?” with no place to answer. Well, yes, I am sure.

I am attempting to upload the zip file, as indicated by the dashboard instruction.

I am an intelligent woman but a novice at this particular task. Thanks for your assistance.

I also went into the FTP Manager on my hosting site (GreenGeeks) via cPanel and tried to do it that way, still no luck. I was reading other solutions to similar problems (install only the pinpoint file, not the other one, which I presumed was the MACROwhatever file included in the zip). So I deleted the MACRO file and unzipped only the pinpoint file. Still no luck. Deleted everything off my FTP file and tried it three times.

Sigh. Is there detailed documentation somewhere for a novice?

Hi,

“are you sure you want to do this?” usually refers to a permissions issue with your server user (as in, WordPress cannot write/add files to the folder it needs to) – can you please check this first, with your web host?
