Inner page background colour overlaying Parallax

Not sure if this is a bug, or if I just don’t know how to use the theme.

Problem:
1. I can’t make the header transparent on the home page (other pages are transparent) I am using Parallax bands.

2. When on the home page, when it gets to the second band it the inner page will overlay the image. So it looks like it is wiping it out.
However, this doesn’t happen when you are logged into wordpress. Only when you are viewing it without being logged in.

The reason I know its the Inner page background which is overlaying is because when I change the colour in the settings, that image that is wiping it out changes from white to whatever colour I set. It also changes the header colour.

1- I have resolved this by using custom css code
body.home .inner-page-wrap{padding-top:0px !important;}

2- I have resolve this too .
