I’m experiencing the same problem trying to import Shop Demo 4 on wp-install coloringreen.wpengine.com.
Page says “This does not appear to be a WXR file, missing/invalid WXR version number”

Can you assist? I’m on WP Engine as you can see.
A workaround using WP’s import would be great to get things moving as fast as possible. I’m quite convinced the problem is hosting-based and need to move on. Interfacing with Cardinal & the hosting c’y will take too long I’m afraid.
