IMPORTANT!!! Mobile Cart isn´t available – Clients can't purchase products

Hi,

I´ve recently figured out that on my shop, the theme doesn’t create the checkout area on mobile devices, where clients can pay or purchase the product. If I add a product to the cart, I can click on “view cart” and that´s it – I can´t proceed to the checkout. My clients can’t currently purchase products via mobile devices. Do you think it´s an internal issue or is it a theme issue? On desktop-devices, everything works fine – I have the opportunity to choose between the cart or the checkout. Thanks in advance for your help.

What devices are they using?

– Please disable all plugins, leaving only WooCommerce active. Then re-test on your mobile.

Hi David,

thanks for your fast response. You were right with the plugin thought. Of course it was a plugin which was destroying the original theme cart on mobile devices. Thanks for your fast help.
