I keep trying to import the demo content for the demo theme but it will not import. Always stops at around 68%. I have dreamhost shared hosting…
July 11, 2015 at 6:03 pm #193824It will be the hosting that is the issue – shared hosting doesn’t usually have the capability to import such content. I’ll try and import manually for you.

July 11, 2015 at 6:46 pm #193827Thank you. I didn’t know you had to have special hosting for this product! sorry!
July 11, 2015 at 7:04 pm #193828All done, check now.
Special hosting isn’t necessary for the theme, but the import process is quite intensive.

July 17, 2015 at 6:22 am #195465I am having this exact same problem. I’m sorry to be a pain on a closed topic too… could I get the same help? I’m trying to import Form.

Can you disable your child theme and activate the updated Atelier theme?
It’s possible your Atelier update did not run 100% correctly, can you use your FTP to overwrite and replace the Atelier folder with the new theme update zip:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/yt2qu4qnvcduxc4/atelier.zip?dl=0.
Thanks.
July 17, 2015 at 12:35 pm #195606Hi,
That’s strange can’t replicate the issue in the shop. Can you upload again the theme files?
I saw that you already have some content, can I try to import the Form Demo?

July 17, 2015 at 12:55 pm #195620Hey guys so I reinstalled the Atelier Parent theme as David requested.
My entire /shop/ page is broken with the error attached.
Also you can see that importing demo content gets stuck at 70%.I assumed it was the same issue as the OP of this thread – I run dreamhost shared hosting so I thought my server wasn’t powerful enough to run the demo content import and that it needed to be run manually.
Please advise.
Editing to add:
Looks like SOME of the demo content has come through, so now the shop looks like the demo version of Form again… so some of the shop loads, but the error is still there.
See newest screenshot.
I’m really starting to wonder if I haven’t made a mistake purchasing Atelier, I think I should have stuck with Neighbourhood…

You definitely haven’t made a mistake purchasing Atelier – the issues you are experience look like setup issues. The error message looks like WooCommerce doesn’t have a column count set. I’ll look at that for you.
Unfortunately shared hosting is never usually good enough to allow for a full import process – they cut off the process before it can finish even when the process is cut down into many small tasks. We can manually import for you if you need.
