Import demo files / Upload Media Problem

Hello, I have bought your theme and I installed it on a clean version of wordpress, unfortunately, does not want to run either with or without active plugins.

the problems are;
– As soon as the active theme generates an error loading media (image 1)
– If I try to use the content importer demo returns an error (picture 2)

I hope you can solve this problem, your theme looks just plain awesome!

Sorry to hear you are having issues! This looks like something to do with the server setup – we’ve tested the theme/importer out on more than a few installations and didn’t come across any issues.

I’ll have a quick investigation of the error messages and let you know.

The demo data now work fine with allow_url_fopen = ON 😉
but the problem with uploading media continues, my php version is 5.3

try doing some other things do not seem to work properly, the swift Page Builder does not allow to do anything and remains in loading

Hi @vegas2vegas,

Please can you check you have allow_url_fopen set to ON with your hosting? This is required by the standard WordPress importer.

Just had a look and getting this error on the media upload:

POST http://otticagionchilie.com/wp-admin/async-upload.php 500 (Internal Server Error)

and this error on the page builder:

POST http://otticagionchilie.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 500 (Internal Server Error)

Both point to a server/server setup issue. I’d suggest either you contact your host, or maybe check this guide? http://www.nullin.com/2009/11/30/fix-500-internal-error-in-wordpress/

Your host should be able to resolve it easily 🙂
