    Hi,

    I am using the fullscreen video player, but the background image does not seem to be working:

    There is no reference on that page source code to the image http://optimizehealthit.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/ssm-health-and-uperform.jpg, neither the video URL you supplied?

    You need to use the image button “Type”. For example:
