    Hi

    We are having problems with some images of products not showing up on the mobile version of the site (at least on iPhones and iPads). See the part of our site called “Produkter”. All our pictures have the same scaling (800×800) and products have been created with the same settings, so I can’t figure out what is causing the no-show.

    Additionally, the products, when shown on mobile, are not aligned in an orderly fashion.

    I really hope you can help. I am more than happy to try to elaborate if it is not clear what is wrong.

    Thank you so much!

    Best regards,
    Patrick

    Hi,

    This is what I’m seeing in Android.

    Can you take a screenshot of what you are seeing?

    Hi Rui

    Thank for replying.

    Great if it is working on android. See the attachment for what it looks like on iPhone.

    It is not only the thumbnail-version of the image. Also when I go to the specific products the images won’t show up.

    Best regards,
    Patrick

    Ok.I tried in an emulator and seems that is returning several 404 Errors(not found).
    It seems to be related with the use of accents in the image filename.

    Can you try for one product that doens’t appear to upload a new image with no accents on the Filename.

    It seems to be all products with a filename including the word “blå” (blue in Danish). I have changed all the filenames to include “blaa” or “turkis” instead. But still it seems that they won’t show. Well, at least the images won’t show in the product overview (but does show when you select one of the products).

    Hope there’s a solution.

    But did you upload a new image with the correct name and assign it to the product?

    I changed the file names locally on my computer and uploaded them to wordpress and selected them instead of the current images. So now the images assigned to the products haven’t got any “å”s in the file name.

    Hi Rui

    It seems that the images are showing now (except one we haven’t changed yet). I guess the changes just took some time to kick in.

    But the images in the product overview (Produkter) is still not aligned properly (because of different image scaling I guess). Is there a setting where I can make sure the products are shown without displacing/shifting their position?

    Please see attachment for a screenshot.

    /Patrick

    Hi,

    Try to add the code below to your custom css option.

    body .woocommerce-shop-page ul.products li.product, body .product_list_widget > div > ul.products li.product {

    min-height: 490px!important;
    }

    Clear the browser cache before testing.

    It worked! Thank you so much. Can I just tweak the 490px number to have a smaller gap/space between the products? Right now the gap is a little too big 🙂

    I’m afraid if you reduce it it will break but you can try.
