    Hi Team Swift,

Please see the URL provided to see the issue. I want to upload new product images to be the same size as the demo ones. I tried, but as you will see, the images is:
    a) bigger in Category page
    b) bigger on product page
    c) smaller when hover over zoom

    Can you please assist?

    Thanks!

    Hi

You’re images are not big enough, we used 1200 x 1550 images, and set the product page size to 700 x 904. You’re images are only 602 x 900, I’d suggest going to Theme Option > Product Options and making the image area smaller

    Hi Kyle,

Thanks for the quick reply. It seems though that if I try and upload an image which is a bit bigger, i keep getting error messages on the upload to media library.

Not sure what that is, have you deleted the old images before uploading the new ones?

I’m having the same problem. I’ve gone through all of the settings and documentation. My feature pic in category is way too big, and the product page picture is huge. When I mouse over, the correct smaller picture pops up. I’ve temporarily taken the site out of maintenance mode, here is a link to a test product.

And I’m aware that the image size is small. I’ve been reducing and adjusting image size in an attempt to correct the sizing issues. All images started at 900×900. I’ve scaled, cropped, resized, went through the woocommerce image settings, atelier theme settings, adjusted everything that pertained to it in the atelier documentation.

I found some custom CSS in the knowledgebase to adjust the product image size, but the image for the product in the category is still like 5x too big

Site back in maintenance mode so I can’t check, also please provide a login so I can check your images size settings

    You’re image size settings are 120 x 155? http://d.pr/i/16gcE/EeqPSmhD

Obviously you’re going to have small images, they need to be bigger, like 900 width
