I have tried to change the image size in product catalog in setting under Woocommerce. I still feel the images are not getting resized when I see them on the productcategory page. is there a custom CSS that I can use to resize the images?

Hi

After you have changed the image size settings you would need to regenerate thumbnails using the regenerate thumbnails plugin
