Image resolution

Hi guys!
Thanks for the amazing theme!

I have a question regarding the image resolution of the “Full Width Media Display”. I looks like it crops the image to 1170×780.jpg instead of resizing it. Is it possible to change that?

I would love to have it act the same way as on my front-page (image-element).

It doesn’t look to me like it’s cropped at all, I compared it with the uploaded image and it seems to show the whole image (see screenshot)

You’re right about this specific image (because I tried to re-upload it in more than 2000px width). but if you take a look at my screen-shot, the original image is 1800px wide but is resized down to 1170px in the upload process.

The same goes for this post: http://thelocals.dk/scandinavian-in-paris/

The problem is that the images looks unsharp on my Retina display.

I hope it make sense 🙂

Obviously it is going to get resized as the width of the container is 1170px.

Just checked on my iphone and it looks fine?
