Image Issue – Pixeled Quality

Hello Community,

i uploaded pictures to the products with 720p quality but like you see on the attachment its a really bad quality. If I click the product and click then the picture then it shows clear.

Please I need help

I did what you told me.
Now on the first picture all pictured are cleared but if I click on one product some of them are still really unclear and some pictures dont have the same size. May I can give you my Login Deatils to check it please.

Hi there,

Can you please provide a screenshot of your image settings. Make sure you have hard crop set and that the image height isn’t set too large – any smaller images won’t fit the same size.

Ok, have you run the regenerate thumbnails plugin on all your images?

What size are the images you’re uploading?

Yes. I regenerate thumbnails of all pages

some pictures are 305×412, 292×399 and 288×394

are these sizes to small? if yes how I can make it bigger to get a good quality ?

They are too small, which is why the quality is bad. You’ll need to upload bigger images – no other way around it.
