    Hi Guys,

    The drop down for the shopping basket is dropping down in IE8 even though the mouse is nowhere near the basket icon and restricting access to the search box we have in the sidebar. Is there an easy fix for this?

    Hi,

    I tested in IE8 emulator and couldn’t replicate that issue.
    Can you try to clear the browser cache and try again?

    Hi Rui,

    We’ve cleared the cache and it still does it. It’s happening on multiple PCs. It seems to be when you click on the right hand side of the search box.

    Any ideas?

    Hi,

    But it doesn’t open by default when you load the page?
    You need to click on the right side of the cart?

    If you can make a screen capture movie of the problem would be great to try to replicate.
