    Hi guys

    We are working on a store at http://westimp.wpengine.com/ and noticed that many of the icons through the site including the search icon, wishlist icon, zoom icon, arrows in footer and many more. We can’t pinpoint what may have caused this. We are running the latest update of the theme and wordpress. They were missing when we had Neighborhood 2.12 also.

    The other issue is that missing the icons is making the mobile navigation disappear.
    Can you please urgently advise.

    Hi,
    Please paste this custom code at functions.php of child theme.

    wp_deregister_style('fontawesome-css');
wp_dequeue_style( 'fontawesome-css' );

    Hi – I have the same issue. Can you be more specific? I tried adding that to the functions.php file and it didn’t help. Can you tell me exactly what code should surround these lines? (I don’t know php.)

    How is this possible? I can’t see them at all. I have looked in 3 different browsers with emptied cache. See attached screenshots…

    What could be causing this on my end?

    It’s so hard to know when something is wrong or not wrong when I’m not seeing what everybody else is seeing.

    Your attachment is missing the icon, too! All I see is a light blue circle with nothing on it. Before, the icon was on top of the blue circle.
