icons do not align center

Hello,

Regarding to the 4 icons on page:

I tried to have them centered with no success as you can see.
Neither the command align=”center” does respond nor when I center the code line with the edit command from the box edit menu.

I can not stay with it as I tried a left float. and write next to it but it does not suit.
It does not do clean and bright as you and I.

Another question, I do not know if I have to create a new topic but the light blue around the icon;
I would need in #0099c to match the colour default set for titles, buttons, links…
How can I do either to have it set?

light blue communicates lazyness
Electric blue shows dynamism!!

I found the way for the bubbles in #0099cc. I open a new topic for it.
But the alignment remains my main concern.
