Icon Boxes Not Displaying Properly on Safari

I’ve just updated my theme, plugins, and upgraded to php 7 with my web host. (Currently all my plugins except for woocommerce and the swift framework are disabled because you guys are testing another issue that I’m having in another ticket.) There is a section of my homepage that isn’t displaying properly on a Safari browser. About 3/4 of the way down there are 5 icon boxes that are set to flip in. They flip in fine on Chrome, but on Safari they aren’t stable. Sometimes that bottom row will show up and the top row will not. Sometimes it’s the other way around, and sometimes none of them show. However if I leave the page to sit a few minutes and return to it they’ll all appear. I’ve attached screenshots.

Looking into this for you, it’s something to do with Safari not liking animations occurring on scroll events. Will be in touch once we have found a solution.
