Icon Box Color Single Page Change And Removing the Hovering over Blog Thumbnails

Quick question,

How do I change the circle of the standard icon boxes to white? It’s gray at the moment. I know I can change it through “color customizer” but that would require me to change the body text to white. That solution won’t work because the other pages of the site have a black background except this one. (Ps. I had to change H3 to white in color customizer to get the title to be white)

I hope that makes some sort of sense.

Secondly, how do I remove the hovering effect on blog post’s thumbnails, not a big fan of the play button or the color overlay.
