I need help urgent !

Hi !

i want to publish my site, i already did published my site but i put theme in the wordpress folder in themes folder, so now i can reach to my website at http://www.example.com/wordpress i want to get the site to just http://www.example.com, so in my server i pulled all the documents from wordpress folder outside and i got an error saying id doesnt exist then i changed the home link in server from http://www.example.com/wordpress to only http://www.example.com and when i go on the website http://www.example.com i get the ghome page everything is working fine, but ! no matter what i click there is an error that the site doesnt exist, i guess all the links are bad but i looked them up and they are fine…whas the problem ? can you fix me my problem please ?

– You can try to re-save you permalinks, Settings => General => Permalinks.

Or reinstall WordPress and simply upload the theme folder to the desired place.
