I Just purchased Neighborhood and I need help!

Hi, So I’m pretty new to this forum, I recently purchased Neighborhood and I really love the interface and everything; but me being the Noob I am (Only got WordPress a month back, but I can adapt pretty quickly.), I can’t really find myself figuring out what things do. At the moment this is what I’ve come up with http://www.ITBGadgets.com I want the theme to look like the demo one, but of course to my liking. I just want to get the base of the website done, can anyone help me? This is my first post so if you need any additional info or if I’m doing something wrong please tell me 🙂

@Taha I am just a user here but would encourage to review the Documentation for Neighborhood. I have Flexform theme so my install different but usually if you want similar to Demo you would import Demo Content that came with your theme.

Also you may want to checkout http://vimeo.com/swiftideas/videos and watch those videos. Even though you don’t have Dante installing the demo content would be very similar

Hi,

I don’t know if you have already done it, but I advice you to start building the structure of the products that you will have in your store.

Create the product categories and define your product attributes. After that load some products in different categories(place some products in sale).

This way you already have some store content to play with.

Also take some time looking at our demo, it got a lot of ideas and inspiration for you to start with.
