    Hi,

    suddenly i can’t access to tax options, especially on “standard” rate.
    the page is just freezes and isn’t going through to open it.
    i already asked on themeforest and plugin support site, but nobody gives me the solution..
    and i can’t open my business! because i can’t set up the tax options at all!

    i also asked my host to figure out this error logs and this is what they said:

    “Hello, the error logs you are looking for can be found at: [email protected] [~/public_html]# find . |grep error_log
    ./admin/wp-content/plugins/yith-woocommerce-wishlist/error_log ./admin/error_log ./admin/wp-admin/error_log ./wp-admin/error_log

    I believe out of the ones listed, the one located at public_html/admin/error_log/ may be the one relevant to your issue. From the errors shown in the mentioned log it appears that the queries that your script is trying to run on the database are taking longer than 30 seconds to execute. However, before taking this as 100% accurate, I suggest that you show the contents of the error log to the developer and get them to confirm the error message are actually related to their product – the errors could be for a different part of your site.”

    is there anyone can help this out??

    please show us the errors from the error log that appear around the time and day you’re having this problem. Thank you!

    Your hosting company support team member told you in their email apparently:

    no, that email is my account for the host website..
    nothing could be related to WordPress Tax Options error..
    and also,
    still can’t figure out with that error..
