    Hi,

Thanks for setting up the clone dev site, I’ll take a look at that today.

Regarding your blank sidebar, you will need to add widgets to the sidebar you have chosen to display, likely this will be called “WooCommerce Sidebar”.

    Thanks,
    David.

    Hi Peter,

The issue was that you have “Multi-masonry” mode set for product display, this overrides the column select. We’ll make this more obvious in future updates.

    Check it now.

    Hi Ed

But if I had not this option on, all images were loading on top of each other. I dont know why I must have so many problems with this theme 🙁

I hope tomorrow you will try and log in your self, and see if you can get it to work… I have been suggested 4-5 times now to just disable the plug-ins but that does not have any effect…

    Thanks

    Peter

    Hi Peter,

Your products were all on top because you had no featured image set for certain products.

Everything looks good on your shop now.

    Hi again

What do you mean it looks good?

    1. We talked about fall back image before. The customer does not always deliver images in time, so I will need to find a “no image” image.

    2. When I removed all my products with no image I experienced following errors:

A: 4 product column instead of 3 which I had set it it
B: Wrong size thumbnails which did not correspond to my settings
C: I space between the images (top bottom) for some weird reason.
D: Related items were in very bad resolution (probably a wrong size-setting somewhere).

So the site definately behaves wrong:0S

    Hi,

At the time of posting my above message you shop was correctly set up as per your theme options settings.

It still looks correct, three columns, equal spacing: http://fugl.astridwestergaard.dk/.

If you have changed your image settings, you will need to rebuild your thumbnails, please use this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/ajax-thumbnail-rebuild/.

    Thanks,
    David.
