I am writing to you since I need help very urgent. Therefore we extended our support license. But after waiting for 4 hours now I decided to report that we are not able to post anything in the Dante support forum. Would you please mind having a look?

great that you replied again, I lost track of the ticket.

I manage to change the accordion title without any problem.

I added 22, in the meantime already remove it.

Also in the same page I added a clients asset to test the Add element and it also worked fine.
Can you try to clear the browser cache and also try in a different browser.

Hi Rui,

I still cannot do anything about it. It is getting worse… Please again have a quick look at this video which describes very good what is happening (using google chrome or safari newest version on a 5k iMac). We cannot move forward with anything this way.

Hi Hubertus,

I see lots of 404 and 500 errors – those are something the theme wouldn’t cause as standard. I’d suggest contacting your host about that. The errors are the cause of all your issues by the looks of it.
