I can´t updating to 3.2.3

I tried but I could not upgrade Dante. WordPress says this:

Update theme
Downloading installation package from https://kernl.us/api/v1/theme-updates/5667fe730a25612471e649f2/download/…
Decompressing update …
Unable to create directory

After the last upgrade I had problems with the heading too, and still there:
The heading didn’t disappear but is hiding behind the main menu. The issue appears evident when I click on a tag or category in my blog.
Is set correctly show/hide title in the pages. But when I click on a tag or category (side bar blog – page magazine-) I don´t have the page to set it. The page is created automatically. And that’s when the heading page is wrong in every browser.

I am also having trouble updating past 3.18. I received a email that an update is available and then when I go to appearance/theme/dante, there is no update button available. Shall I also download that version from link below and install it via ftp?
