New Landing How can we help? Atelier I can't change my featured product image

    Hello guys,

    I’m trying to change my featured image product but i can’t upload a new one. Why? Only i can have access to the media library to choose one from there but i can’t get access to Upload Image option.

    Can you check with another theme activated? Doesn’t sound like a theme issue

    Is something from WooCommerce cause i did the same with a post and i can choose Upload File from Featured Image preview. So.. maybe is the version of WooCommerce?

    The theme has nothing to do with the issue, if you change theme to twenty fourteen does it still happen? I’m guessing it will, which means it’s an issue with something else, and we only support theme issues.

    If it works with twenty fourteen enabled let me know and I’ll happily look into it for you

    WooCommerce does work, and the theme works fine with it. If you have an issue with not being able to upload images, then it could be down to a number of things, like a plugin conflict, server issue, permission issue, woocommerce issue. You’re currently the only person with this issue, if you contact WooCommerce support they will likely know what is causing the issue as they may have come across it before, which we haven’t.
