I can´t access the Forum

Good afternoon,

I purchased your Atelier theme and my support expired but I could access to the forum. My username is : “ivdilo”. Today I can´t see the forum and it tells me that I have to purchase support extension (I send a screenshot attached). Is it true? Have you changed your support policy? I only want to access the forum, as always. Do I have to purchase a “support” extension?

On the other side, I have tried to purchase ONLY the support extension, but I can´t (in Themeforest). Am I supposed to buy the theme again?
