I can not open cardinal.zip

I had problems downloading the file ( cardinal.zip ) I gave unzip and put the other type ZIP plugging BUT cardinal.zip but does not opean, and I did it in 2 different computers but I could not

Likewise I could send the file Visual Composer extended license

Do you get an error when trying to unzip the file? It’s likely to be the software that you are trying to use, or your computer. I’m on a mac and you can simply extract the file and it works fine

After unzip cardinal.zip , open wp , and upload , all are fine but when it 95% just only close the browse and see : could you intent again in a white screen .

I do not understand? Are you using FTP to upload the theme or through the WP admin?

You are uploading cardinal.zip, correct? You are not supposed to extract the zip file if you are uploading through WP admin.
