    I can not increase PHP memory because my shared server, I can upload the demo content otherwise? Thank you

    Hi,

    But you can adjust the memory WordPress inside the wp-config.php file
    Change your WordPress memory to 128M or a maximum 256M if it’s not over your PHP shared memory.

    Also check the official documentation from WordPress in the link below.
    https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

    Try to import after that, probably you will have to refresh the import page after receiving any error. You will get the message “It’s done.Have fun”

    The import of the images take sometime and if the server has restriction this situations can happen.

    Those FTP details are not correct, can you please check with your host and ask them to provide you your FTP details.
