.htaccess File keeps getting Hacked!!

Hi there,

My sites .htaaccess file has been hacked now 4 times. The latest happened today and that was after installing wordfence security and changing my password and making sure that all plugins are updated and no plugins exist which are not being used.

I phoned my hosting company as I host my sites on a shared wordpress server. None of my other sites seem to get hacked so godaddy has told me that its a vulnability within the wordpress template I use.

So is there an updated version of the ‘supreme’ template now? Because I am sick of my .htaccess file being hacked.

This is what happens when my site is hacked…

My site loads fine on a desktop computer but as soon as I try to access my site on a mobile phone, I automatically get redirected to a safezone ip address where it trys to download stuff to my phone.

Something is wrong and I need this problem fixed please.

Probably the problem is from the Revolution Slider plugin

Using ftp to upload the files. Delete the previous directory/files and upload the new ones.

Sorry but could you break that down a bit please?

Can I not just deactivate and delete the plugin from my wordpress admin area then upload the newest plugin Zipped plugin from within the plugin area of my wordpress account?
