I enabled the translation aux option, but can’t figure out how to use it. There is nothing told about it in the docs and in theme settings… all i see is DEMO – EXAMPLE PURPOSES…

    How to edit this ?

    Thank you

    Hi

You need to use WPML: http://wpml.org/

    Since you brought it up,

Is there a way to use another plugin instead of WPML and still be able to use this menu?

I have bought and testing WPML currently and although it is great and will use it for my own site it is somehow complicated for a customer to use and it also has a subscription.

Especially for sites that only require a second language only and no translation of menus or other UI elements a simpler plugin that just switches posts/pages content might be a better option.

I really do not know what lies underneath code wise, but you could also consider a built in option for something like that in the future.
