Hi

You do create columns in the footer using shortcodes, you see the different widget areas ‘Footer Column 1’, ‘Footer Column 2’ and ‘Footer Column 3’. You need to put your content for each column in one of these.

You can set your footer layout in Theme Options > Footer Options (see screenshot). Hope this helps!
