How to switch off hearts in Swift Slider

Hi!
How can I turn off the hearts in Swift Slider?
On the right side of slider I have little white box with Post Name, Comments count and Hearts count.
I didn’t use hearts in theme so how can I turn it off in this place?
Maybe there is way to change it to Facebook “likes” ?

Hi,
You can only hide hearts so please go to Admin -> Theme Options -> Custom CSS => Here put this code and update options

Unfortunately that is not part of the current theme functionality, and it’s not within the scope of our support to be able to provide that functionality as it is more work than a small customisation. While we’d love to be able to support every customisation request, we simply don’t have the time.
