How to remove page padding?

Hello i would like to remove the white spaces from the top, bottom, left and right of my home page. i have supplied an image of the current layout and an image of what i would like to achieve. Can you please help me.

Hi there,

First off, you’ll want to add the slider like so: http://support.swiftideas.net/knowledgebase/how-do-i-add-a-full-width-slider/

Then you’ll need to add some custom css to the box within theme options. You’ll need to alter this to get the styling you want:

@media only screen and (min-width: 1250px) {
.boxed-layout {
width: 1200px;
}
}

The shop and blog sections are images not sliders (i am using these as the sliders do not function properly on mobile devices). Will it be the same steps for images or does this only work with slider?
