    It’s something that disqus has added to their structure, each post has a different id for the discovery section.

    I’ll do 2 things:
    1. Check with Disqus support
    2. Try signing in as the client and see if their Disqus is the issue – I doubt it but will try!

    Will let you know what I find out.

    You would have to sign in with their disqus to get the settings tab that I was talking about

    I did sign in with their accounts and that setting isn’t showing up.

    I give up – no help from their support — so, I’ve disabled that option … thank you for all your help.
