    In Comments > Disqus turn of this setting (screenshot)

    You change the settings in Settings > Reading

    Have you got to Comments > Discus and selected the settings tab?

    Ahhh, please confirm that the rest of your custom css is working, I can see that the css to hide the section is still there but not being loaded on the page.

    Then you are clicking the wrong settings tag, you are clicking ‘plugin settings’ you need to click the settings tab in the disqus dashboard, see screenshot.
