    I would like to use featured images as thumbnails but I don’t want to be displayed at the top of the post body page. Is this possible, I can’t see any way in the page builder to specify / remove the featured image.

    Can you try this custom css and let me know if it works?

    .single .media-wrap {
display: none;
}

    If it does not work please show me your website so I can customize it 🙂

    you dont need any code

    1. Make thumbnail image in post
    2. in post meta Post thumbnail type – set to image
    3. in Main Detail Options – set Post detail type to None
    4. OK

    click any post tile – and see, than no big picture head of post
