Caution! I’m a Dante noob. ๐
How can I reduce page height?
We have too much dead space below Swift assets (sf_iconbox) when window width accommodates full display. Compare this with scrunching the window to absolute minimum width (akin to portrait on a narrow mobile device). Minimum width views are perfect, retaining none of the unnecessary padding below the last page element and above the top of the Copyright area.
I have disabled all empty headers & footers, header and footer padding, Promo Bar, and all widgets associated with the bottom of the page(s) and footer area – except for our Copyright, which is perfect. I evaluated several views among 4 browsers, 4 OS flavors, and 5 hardware/display varieties: Dante responds wonderfully! Aside from this one snag (likely, noob user error…), we find our presentation absolutely and phenomenally spectacular! ๐
***IMPORTANT***
We hope to get around interference with bootstrap response. It responds perfectly, and we prefer to avoid hard-coding arbitrary minimum heights, wherever possible.
Thank you in advance,
Matthew
