How to make the Header Sticky

I have searched and tried to find a way to make the header sticky. There doesn’t seem to be a way to make this happen. I’ve tried going to Theme Options > Header Options and there isn’t any option there makes it sticky. Can you please help me out with this? I am fairly comfortable around WP in other themese but this one has me stumped.

Do so here: Theme Options => Header Options => Enable Header Overlay

Tried that and it didn’t work. Also tried some custom CSS that I saw in another post. That didn’t work either. How can I get the header to be sticky?

z-index: 2;

Same issue here. Just installed Neighborhood yesterday and both Header Overlay as well as Mini Header don’t work.

Only manage to login now, can’t understand what was the problem.

that is not related with the css, Check my screenshot where I disable that css directly using the browser inspector and the video on the right is still missing.

I tried to load one of your vimeo videos in my Neighborhood dev site and it worked fine.

Try to disable all plugins and test again.
