    All settings are correct and are set to show in the theme options but the newsletter sign up form is still not showing up. I’m in Maintenance Mode and using a Custom Page (Coming Soon Page) from the demo. It is showing up on my homepage but not in the Coming Soon page. Please help, I have provided my login details above.

    Hi

    Just need to make sure it’s not disabled in the Page Meta Options as this overrides the theme option
