How to leave a feedback?

Hi there,

I’ve got a problem. My customers cannot leave a feedback cause when they click on the form a sign “We are grateful for your leaving a feedback” appears. and nothing more.
How can I change that?

Hi,

You have to set the text in there . Please goto Theme Options -> WooCommerce options and set the text that should apear in the modal there.

Hi Tahir,

I can write anything there but a customer who wants to leave a feedback will simply read my note and that’s it. There’s no option to actually leave a feedback.
Neither a window or a comment option or something.
There haas to be something!
Please help cause it’s very important for the development of my site.

Hi,
Sorry for the late response. I am new so get lost in the dozens of threads :).

You can create a form so that users can leave feedback etc using the contact form 7 plugin and add the shortcode there. That area supports shortcodes as well.
