How to import whole demo content seen at http://swiftideas.com/

I had a clean install of wordpress and I installed your Atelier theme. I wanted to upload the demo content so I tried that. But it made only part of the demo content, no menu, lot of pages are missing. How to load the exactly same content as seen at http://swiftideas.com/ ? I would like to have all the pages presented under tab “Shop Styles” and all the pages under “Pages” tab. Also links on my website doesnt work. When I click for example on “shop outerwear” the page is missing. Lot of things is missing…
I cant create for example page like this: http://swiftideas.com/shop/?sidebar=left-sidebar because I did not found the page, or the left sidebar with things you have in the demo like color price and size filter, or grid settings…

Are you using the demo importer and letting it run to 100%?

Page like this are not actual pages, http://swiftideas.com/shop/?sidebar=left-sidebar they are dynamicly created pages for demo purposes, these are built by passing parameters via the URL, ex: ?sidebar=left-sidebar. In reality, for you to create that, you simply add the sidebar to the shop via the theme options panel.
