    Hi,

    How can I hide a product category inside the product category widget ? The widget is on my side bar but displays all categories.

    Is there a way of choosing one category or a simple css code to exclude the category from appearing inside the widget ?

    I know how to hide from page, but I want it hidden from the widget.

    thanks,

    Dean

    Hi,
    Please use this custom css code:-

    /*Please change category id 201 for trouser to any desire category*/
    .widget_product_categories ul.product-categories li.cat-item-201{display:none !important}

    Thanks ๐Ÿ™‚
    With Best Regards

    thanks this works but unfortunately when it’s excluded it does not remove the associated excluded category attributes from the widgets below. The attributes for this excluded category still appear which is strange.

    Hi

    Are you trying to hide an attribute or a category? Mohammads code above will hide a category from the category widget.

    I don’t understand what you mean by ‘What is the code to hide the attribute size and color for category id 201 ?’ please can you explain?

    – Kyle
