    Can I configure the Element Blog to no display the first post only in that element?

    ex:

    Blog element: only show 1 post (the first)
    Blog element: the rest (all less the first)

    Can I use this function in the blog.php?

    $query = new WP_Query( ‘offset=1’ );

    before the loop? (line 140 more o less)
