    Hi, trying to edit the newsletter display. Trying to:

    – Change the word newsletter on the left
    – Add box for first name on this toolbar
    – Make toolbar appear elsewhere (ie. at top of page, or below copyright section – so to not disrupt visuals)

    Any tips please?

    Current code is below.

    <form action="MY FORM URL HERE" method="post" id="mc-embedded-subscribe-form" name="mc-embedded-subscribe-form" class="validate" target="_blank" novalidate>

    	<input type="email" value="" name="EMAIL" class="required email" id="mce-EMAIL" autocomplete="off" placeholder="Enter your email address" title="Enter your email address">

    	<div id="mce-responses" style="display: none;">
    		<div class="response" id="mce-error-response" style="display:none"></div>
    		<div class="response" id="mce-success-response" style="display:none"></div>
    	</div> <!-- real people should not fill this in and expect good things - do not remove this or risk form bot signups-->
        <div style="position: absolute; left: -5000px;"><input type="text" name="b_a3950048c69f7be72a27013a9_68a002176a" tabindex="-1" value=""></div>

        <input type="submit" value="SUBSCRIBE" name="subscribe" id="mc-embedded-subscribe">

    </form>

    1) Theme Options => Newsletter/Subscribe Bar Options => Newsletter/Subscribe Bar Text

    2) You need to login to your MailChimp account and generate the raw form sign up code, you can choose to include the name field there. Then paste this back into Theme Options => Newsletter/Subscribe Bar Options => Newsletter/Subscribe Bar Form Code.

    3) You can enable the bar globally in the footer. Theme Options => Newsletter/Subscribe Bar Options => Enable Newsletter/Subscribe Bar Globally

    Thanks.

    Hi

    How to achieve the same newsletter look as you have in your demo PSD’s as we don’t need a floating full width bar? More specifically it’s “uplift-footers.psd”.

    Here’s a snapshot of it attached.

    TY

    Hi

    You can add the form to the footer, however it won’t look like that by default as that design didn’t make it into the final theme. It will look like this: http://d.pr/i/1g2jJ/1gxudkfj
