How to create a 5 column footer?

1. I want to create a 5 column footer exactly like the one I show in the attached file. The problem is I don’t know how because this option is not possible in the footer options.

I hope someone can help me and explain how to do this the best way possible.

2. The second question I have is how to get a search field in my top-bar, as shown in the second attached file. I know it is possible to add a search field to the header section but I don’t really know how to get it into my top-bar section. Just by adjusting CSS or is there a better way

Please go to Admin > Theme Options > Footer Options > Choose Five column layout.

Thanks for your response. I was aware of the footer options. In the Atelier theme there is no 5 colomn layout so I was looking for a solution to get around that problem. The max number of possible columns is 4.
