    1. How can I change the number of products displayed on the view product page? Also, image size of the related products? I saw some posts on this, but they were for other themes and didn’t work for me. – http://support.swiftideas.net/forums/topic/changing-shopping-cart-icon/

    2. How can I change the icon for the shopping card to an icon of a shopping bag on the top right header? I checked, but the forum posts I saw for this update were for other themes. Would be great if you could point me in the right direction to edit this properly on Cardinal. Same for the Wishlist icon.

    3. I was able to edit the title for the button on the product page to from ‘Add to Cart’ to ‘Add to Bag’, but would also like to edit the text on the cart dropdown on the header ‘Items in your cart’ to ‘Items in your bag’ and also the button to display ‘View Bag’

    4. I updated all of the settings for woo-commerce to enable the quickview feature on my site, but it doesn’t show up? I’m not sure if others are also having issues with this. I searched the forums and didn’t see any topics on this for the Cardinal theme.

I really appreciate your assistance with all of this. Thanks again for creating this kick ass theme. You guys are rocking it!!!

    Hi

    1) Currently you’d need to edit /woocommerce/single-product/related.php lines 14 & 22 (set to 12 by default). We’ll look at adding a theme option for this soon

2 & 3) Go to swift-framework/core/sf-header.php and search for ‘ss-cart’ – there will be multiple instances of this for you to change. For the text, you will also see this on the same line(s). You can edit the

    title="'.__("View your shopping cart", "swiftframework")

    4) Have you installed the quickview plugin?

Thanks Kyle! Really appreciate the assistance. I was able to make all of the updates aside from the issue with the quickview feature.

#4 I have the quickview plugin installed and I checked the settings, see attached. It seems that no matter what I change, the quickview option does not display.

Thanks again for all your help. Looking forward to future releases of this awesome theme!

    Hi,

It seems to be working. Check the attached image.

If you can’t see it clear the browser cache and try again.

I can see both of those options, but neither of them are the ‘quickview’ option. One of the icons is for quickly adding a product to your cart or in the case of a product with variations, it displays the icon as shown in the screenshot you shared, but that will just take you to view the product page. The other icon that is visible is the ‘add to wishlist’ icon. There should be a 3rd icon that displays for the ‘quickview’ option as it does in some of your demos, but it’s not displaying for me.

Hey Kyle, hope all is well. Were you able to test and see if the ‘quickview’ feature was working properly?

    Hi @brooklynkid

Try setting these settings in WooCommerce > Quickview: https://www.dropbox.com/s/usdgxypv3krtb8l/Screenshot%202014-08-25%2004.24.12.png?dl=0

Then in Theme Options > WooCommerce Options > Shop Options set this – https://www.dropbox.com/s/x6kmwtj28u7snyl/Screenshot%202014-08-25%2004.24.55.png?dl=0

    Hope that helps.
