How do I disable the hover effect for the team member page grid?

I would like to disable the hovering state effect in the default team member page. I don’t like how when you place your mouse over the pictures it does a minimizing effect. (Please see attachment) In addition, I would like to add a short bio under the photo with the team member’s name.

Actually, I like the team carousel however I don’t like having to scroll to the right to look for someone. If there is let’s say 40 team members, I don’t want people to keep sliding to the right to find someone. Is there anyway to modify the team carousel to show ALL individual team members on the same page?

I don’t like using the gallery style because it has the weird hover effect and it doesn’t show team member and bio and the image is too big!

The team carousel is good but I don’t want to keep sliding to find someone. In short, I would like to modify the team carousel to be a grid set up instead. Right now, it is very inefficient.

This is not possible to do via support as this is more than a small modification, you would need to extensively modify the core theme files ex: /dante/swift-framework/page-builder/builder/shortcodes/team.php or if using the carousel /dante/swift-framework/page-builder/builder/shortcodes/team-carousel.php.
