With spb, I alternated a photo and an empty box.

It’s good but how to remove the space between rows?

Or other solution 😉

You can only use an excerpt for the portfolio items, not the single image asset

Yes you can add a secondary caption for portfolio items, not for image assets.

If you change to a portfolio however, you will not be able to have the whitespace blocks
