Hover overlay on portfolio images how to switch OFF?

Hi,

I cant find a way to switch this hover overlay on the portfolios off, and im finding the theme options not responding with this either, please could you point me in the right direction to fix this?

Thanks, it was still off centre on my imac wide screen. I’ve deleted the ‘title’ in general settings for the moment while this resolves, any ideas?

Also, now im having an issue with my excerpt on certain portfolio pages. For example it is showing fine here: http://gemmakoomen.com/?portfolio=inthekitchen
but not here: http://gemmakoomen.com/?portfolio=plantsandpots
It looks as tho they have the same page structure set up but not sure why they arent showing the same, I would love some help on this, its pretty crucial.
Also on another note, please could you tell me where to write a new support ticket, I’ve piggy backed two fresh problems on this one, but perhaps thats not the best way to get support?
