horizontal scroll on smart phone

The horizontal scroll bar does not appear (at least on android smart phones) when a user needs to be able to scroll across the page. for example to see the right side of the video here.

I asked a coder and gather one can add

<style>html{min-width: 670px;}</style>

as I have done here

And change the #px to suit the page. But I have about 25 pages I would have to do that on.
One could also add the style code to header.php to make it apply to all pages but the coder I asked said that is not good practice or a good solution (perhaps because on pages it is not needed it would scroll over to emptiness and that is not a good browsing experience) to what he calls a theme bug that I should ask the theme author how to fix

Hi,

In responsive mode, the video should resize as well.

I suggest either disabling responsive from the theme options, or adding that code, without the stylde tags, to theme options/general options/custom css.
