Homepage background video not loading properly

Hi,

The video doesn’t load for me in Chrome, but works fine in IE and Firefox.

I think it’s related to the MP4 file or the way it was enconded or any file permission rule in .htaccess or any other server configuration.

If you remove the MP4 url you will see it fine in your chrome browser.

Hey Guys, the problem is still persisting for me. I’ve tried removing the link and I’m still getting the problem. Is their any other thing you think I could do to fix this?

Now the video is loading for me when it wasn’t a few days ago. Maybe it’s only a cache issue.

Clear your browser cache and try again.

Can’t replicate the issue it’s loading fine for me. Just like it was loading fine for Kyle.

@341841 – does the video file load directly fine in the browser for every refresh? This can’t be anything to do with the theme, can only be hosting.
